Let us know what you should eat and drink and what you should do for one hour after coming from a morning walk.

Do stretching exercises: Morning walk warms up our muscles. During this time, if you want to get rid of muscle pain, you can do stretching exercises. It also helps in making the body flexible. If you sit down immediately after walking, it can cause pain in your body.

Drink plenty of water: We should drink plenty of water while going for a morning walk. The reason for this is that walking makes the body tired and water starts to deplete. This is why electrolyte drinks can be used to maintain the amount of water in the body even while returning from the walk.

Cool down the body: When we go for a morning walk, it warms up our body. This is why the first thing we should do after returning from the walk is to cool down our body. The best way to do this is to sit quietly for some time, so that the heartbeat becomes normal and the tired body gets some rest.

Consuming protein shakes: Just as morning walk causes dehydration in the body, similarly our energy also reduces. So whenever you return from a morning walk, try to consume a protein shake or banana. This will not only strengthen the muscles but will also provide the body with many essential vitamins.
