New Delhi, May 31 (IANS). Today’s lifestyle has become such that the mind is surrounded by stress and body diseases. Many problems can be overcome by incorporating the right catering and yoga in the routine. One such yoga name is Anulom Antonym, from which not only physical but also mental problems can be bye-bye.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, Anulom Antonym is very beneficial. It calms the mind, intensifies attention and reduces anxiety. For this, calm down and breathe and take out the stress.

Anulom Antonym is an ancient yogic respiratory verb (pranayama), also known as the pulse purification pranayama, in which in turn and left from the right and left nostril. “Anulom” means “together” and “antonyms” means “in the opposite direction”, which reflects this process in which the breath is taken from one nostril and left from the other.

Yoga trainer explains how to do Anulom Antonyms. For this, sit on the posture calm and open. Sit in comfortable meditation posture and keep the spine straight. After this, close the eyes and inhale with the left nostril, leave the right nostril and repeat it several times.

Balances both hemispheres of the brain, calms the nervous system, relieves anxiety. By performing 5-10 minutes daily, the brain is calm. Mental health is also better. This improves concentration and memory and also relieves stress.

Health experts say that by performing 5-10 minutes daily, the blood pressure control is controlled. The face improves. If you do not sleep well, there is always fatigue in the body and the mind is not calm, then it is very beneficial. By doing this, the body brings energy and the lungs also remain healthy.

Anulom Antonym is a simple and effective pranayama that improves physical, mental health. Doing this regularly not only improves physical health, but also increases peace and concentration of mind. However, some people should be careful in doing this.

Do this in a calm and clean environment, pregnant women, heart patients or high blood pressure people should do it only after the advice of a yoga instructor. According to the expert, it should not be done immediately after eating. There should be a difference of 3-4 hours. During Anulom Antonyms, the breath should not be forced to stop, it should be kept comfortable.
