New Delhi, May 31 (IANS). Ardhawshasana is an impressive and simple asana in the world of yoga, which promotes physical health, mental peace and spiritual balance.
It is also known as the “Half Camel Pose”, which is a less intense form of complete Ustrasana. This asana plays an important role in making the spine flexible, reducing stress and keeping the body energetic.
