However, muscle contraction after exercise is normal. But the problem of frequent cramps in the body can also cause many health problems. In this regard, health and fitness expert Vanita Randhana says that the problem of muscle fatigue can affect any part of the body. Due to this, the body has to face weakness, fatigue and cramps. By taking a healthy diet and drinking water regularly, the body starts getting healthy. The problem of muscle cramps increases due to the high amount of lactic acid found in the body. Actually, the body needs energy during training and for this it is necessary to have adequate amount of oxygen in the body. Apart from this, lack of sodium, potassium and magnesium in the body also increases this problem.

1. Keep your body hydrated
Sweating a lot in the gym reduces the amount of water in the body. Low water level can increase the problem of stomach pain. Maintain the amount of electrolytes in your body to protect you from dehydration. This can prevent frequent fatigue in the body. To do this, include fluids in your diet, so that blood circulation remains regular.

2. Eat a healthy diet
Maintaining a regular amount of nutrients in your diet eliminates the problem of increasing cramps in the body. This keeps the body from falling prey to any disease easily and remains active. To avoid muscle cramps, avoid skipping meals. This can protect the body from weakness.

3. Stretching is essential
Doing some stretches before your workout can make exercising easier. According to Harvard Health, stretch to warm up your body before exercising. This strengthens muscles and also increases flexibility. Stretching your body has many benefits, including keeping your muscles healthy and eliminating cramps.

4. Listen to your biological clock
In the race to complete the workout challenge, most people start avoiding the changes happening in their body. The level of resistance and energy in the body of every person is different. If you keep exercising for a long time without understanding your body, then every part of your body will slowly start feeling tired.
