Causes of kidney stones

This was revealed in a research in the annual meeting of the American Urological Association. In this research, around 1142 people were researched, in which the size of stones was found to be much larger in 90 people. All these 90 people live in a lot of pollution places. The risk of stones again in these people was also found to be more than others.
Drinking bad water can cause kidney stone
Among the people involved in research, 46.6 percent of the people found the risk of kidney stone again. 41.1 percent of the people found the risk of many stones. The size of stones caused by bad water can also be large. The stones size can be up to 21 mm.
Causes of kidney stones
However, till now the main causes of kidney stones were considered to be poor food and less water drinking. Apart from this, the causes related to climate are also considered responsible. Apart from this, lack of water in the body also increases the risk of stones. Consuming more salt can cause stone. Increasing protein, calcium and sodium in the body is also more likely to cause stones. The problem of stones in India is increasing rapidly in the last few years.
