Drink water before the walk: When you get up, there is already a shortage of water in your body. You are also staying without drinking a sip for 6-8 hours. Therefore, it can be dangerous to leave for a walk without drinking water. If there is already a lack of fluid in your body, then lack of sweat can cause rapid dehydration, which can cause muscle cramps, headache and fatigue. Do not go to walk on an empty stomach: Many people feel that walking on an empty stomach will reduce weight rapidly.
