Mumbai, December 17 (IANS). Veteran actress and fitness freak Bhagyashree shared “Crab Walk” tips with people on Tuesday. He said it “improves the core” and helps strengthen the arms.
‘Crab walk’ is a form of animal flow. It is beneficial in reducing body weight. Made up of a mix of yoga, gymnastics and animal-inspired activities.
The actress shared a reel video of herself doing crab walk on Instagram. In this video he also told about the benefits of this workout.
In the video, Bhagyashree was heard saying, “Everyone knows that a crab cannot walk straight. But it is also true that the belly of a crab is not fat. Crab walk increases core strength and arm strength. But it also strengthens the glutes. So let’s learn the Crab Walk in Tuesday Tips.”
He continued, “Today’s Tuesday Tips features a simple exercise that will keep your hamstrings flexible. Balance and coordination is also very important.”
Calling it a “full body” workout, the 55-year-old actress said, “It’s a full body workout. And it’s a perfect warm-up for people who exercise regularly.”
Bhagyashree captioned the clip. “Animal Flow – Try the Crab Walk today…it’s a full body workout. Tighten your core, lift your body into inverted table pose and walk. It strengthens the core and strengthens the arms. “But it also helps activate your hamstring and glute muscles.”
“Do it according to your instructor’s instructions, because you don’t want to hurt yourself,” he suggests.
