According to research, LDL is notorious for contributing to plaque buildup in the arteries. Due to which blood flow reduces and the possibility of heart related problems increases. The way fish promotes good cholesterol and suppresses bad cholesterol makes it an important thing to include in our diet.

High BP or high blood pressure is one of the most important risk factors for heart disease. Eating fish daily keeps high BP under control. Fish contains essential nutrients like potassium and magnesium, which support healthy blood vessel function. Along with the anti-inflammatory properties of omega-3, these nutrients help control blood pressure levels and promote a heart-friendly environment in the body. Patel explains that people often underestimate the impact of a simple dietary change. Including fish in your diet not only improves your blood pressure. In fact, overall heart function also improves.

Fish rich in fatty fish

The American Heart Association recommends eating fatty fish at least twice per week to reap its heart-protecting benefits. Cooking fish the healthy way. Such as baking, grilling or steaming, it is important to preserve its nutrients and avoid unhealthy fats associated with frying. For those who are not fond of fish, high-quality fish oil supplements are a great option. When choosing fish, Patel suggests choosing sustainable and high-quality sources. Always prioritize freshness and sustainability when choosing fish. Well-sourced fish can ensure that you are getting maximum nutrients without harmful additives.
