Ustrasana- By doing Ustrasana for some time daily, your lungs remain strong. By doing this yoga, kidneys and liver also become healthy. Start this yoga asana by doing it for half to one minute in the morning.
Ardha Ustrasana- People who are not able to do Ustrasana can easily do Ardha Ustrasana. This is a good yoga exercise to strengthen the lungs. Due to this the whole body also remains healthy.
Gaumukhasana- By doing this asana, lungs become healthy and also one gets relief from problems like gastric, cervical pain. By doing Gaumukhasana, the digestive system remains completely fit. This improves posture and removes the problems of fatigue, stress and anxiety.
