Britain's King Charles and Queen Camilla took advantage of naturopathy in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, October 30 (IANS). Britain’s King Charles III and Queen Camilla visited a health center in Bengaluru during their four-day visit. This visit was completely private due to which the program remained away from the eyes of the media.

King Charles and Queen Camilla arrived at HAL Airport in their special private jet on the night of 27 October and reached the health center located in the Whitefield area by road.

Sources said the royal family returned to Britain on Wednesday morning after spending four days there.

Sources said King Charles appreciated the unique treatment, an integration of different systems of medicine. This is the second visit of the British King.

Sources said he first toured as the prince in 2019. Since it was a private visit, there was no formal welcome given to him by the state government in Bengaluru upon his arrival.

King Charles and Queen Camela came to Bengaluru on their way back to the UK after attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2024 in Samoa.

The royal couple began the trip on October 18 and visited Australia and Samoa.

The British King came to Bengaluru to be treated by his medical team to improve his overall health and immune system.

At the center the royal couple did warm-up exercises, stretches and breathing exercises. He was given Ayurvedic medicines, naturopathy, homeopathy and made to practice yoga.

It is being told that he was served South Indian vegetarian food made from Ragi (millet). It is a staple food of the southern Karnataka region and grows on dry land.

He has been advised to continue the diet and exercise given by the health centre.
