Keep your eyes forward while keeping your waist and neck straight. Now lift the knees of both the legs once and pull them down towards the mat. In this way, keep rotating your knees like a butterfly for one to two minutes continuously. Try to lift your legs all the way up and go all the way down, keeping your back straight. You do three cycles of one to two minutes each. Once done, extend your legs toward the ground and extend your waist as much as possible.
