Board exams are an important milestone for each student. Every child wants to score good marks in this exam, so that the future paths can be opened for him. Examination pressure and better performance can affect children’s mental health. In such a situation, we are telling you about some yogasanas, which if done during the examination, will not only reduce stress but will also help in focusing. Let us know about this from Yoga expert Shubha Sachan ji.

These asanas can get rid of the stress of examination

Tadasana

Stand straight on the ground to do Tadasana. Stand by sticking the claws and ankles of both legs together. After this, add your hands together and pull the body upwards. Raise the ankles of the feet. Keep the balance of the body on the toes. Stay in this position according to your ability, then relax.

West

Sit in Sukhasana on a mat in a quiet place and take a deep breath. Now open both your legs in front and sit down. Keep in mind that during this time both your feet and heels will stay together. Now bend forward and hold the feet of the feet with both your hands. Place your forehead on the knees and rest the elbows on the ground. Keep yourself in this position for 30 to 60 seconds. Now take breath and come in a relaxed posture.

Balasan

To do Balasan, sit in the Vajra posture on the mat. After this, lift both your hands up while breathing. When you exhale, bend forward. Bend until your palms touch the ground. After this, put your head on the ground. After coming in this posture, take breath in and leave. Stay in this posture for at least two to three minutes. Now get up slowly and sit on your ankles and slowly straighten your spine. This will help you reduce stress.
