New Delhi, March 22 (IANS). Every color says something. If the heart is full of sorrow, then the world is bad and if the mind is happy then the whole atmosphere is drenched in color. These colors are not only helpful in creating or spoiling mood but also in making sweet sleep. There is a therapy whose trend has increased greatly in the last few decades and this color therapy has been named chromotherapy. There are many qualities in this and IANS talked about it to the Chief Medical Officer (SAG) of the AYUSH Directorate of Delhi and Dr. Ashok Sharma, in charge of Ihbas unit.
Colors have a profound effect on our life. Lightly, deep-slit or faded colors tell a story. The feeling of the heart of your heart! The heart of the colors was first understood by the Indian origin Dirsshah Pestonji Ghariali. In 1933, it was informed in ‘The Spectro Chromomatic Insiciokidia’. Information about alternative medical facilities through colors in China, India and Egypt also came to light in later research. It is also mentioned in Ayurvedic texts as an alternative medical method.
Doctor Ashok Sharma said, our life is like rainbow, our expressions are different, sometimes they are happy, sometimes they are unhappy… Sometimes there is enthusiasm, they look very colors and sometimes they are unhappy, then it becomes bad. There was a lot of research on this. It was done research that what is the puzzle of colors? Then chromotherapy was born which is non -invasive. Regulates the mind-bodies, meaning it has no side effects.
Dr. Ashok considers it necessary for ‘body orchestra’. After all, what is this body orchestra? According to the doctor, this is the relationship of mind, brain and soul. This is to say that these body is essential for orchestra. These colors provide hormony, like a good harmonium, they make life melodious.
According to the psychiatrist, every color has its own importance. This is the reason that you must have often heard Vastu experts saying that the walls should be painted in green or blue. That is because when you close your eyes to sleep, the last color that is seen is printed in the mind. These colors stimulate your emotions. Like red can excite you. It is also an indicator of enthusiasm, Yellow is suicide, it is associated with sunlight and positivity, while blue is the color of water, is calm and has the ability to take it in deep sleep. Green is the color of nature. It is believed that green color is associated with nature, peace and acceptance.
What to do if the walls are not green-blue? Dr. Saheb says, “In such a situation, before going to sleep, think about the eyes and consider that color. You will find that it will definitely have a positive effect on you in a short time.”
The color therapy, known as chromotherapy, is based on the belief that every color has different energy and can have a significant impact on your feelings and thoughts.
