New Delhi, 16 April (IANS). According to a study, if your legs are very cold and feel heaviness in them, then it may be due to nerves, in which the medical language is called Vericose veins. Varicose veins means embossed and swollen veins.
Varicose veins occur when the veins of the feet are not able to function properly. This problem can also occur in superfikial, deep and performance veins. This problem has been seen in adults from 2 percent to 30 percent, and it is more likely in women.
Its symptoms may also contain the legs of heaviness, pain, irritation or beating, itching, restlessness, swelling, leg cramps, wounds or ulcers in severe cases. Researchers at Taiwan’s Chung Shan Medical University said that it may also be an important symptom of it, but it is usually ignored.
In the open heart journal, a published study found that people who get cold in the feet are more likely to be a varicose vessels than normal people. It was also found that people who feel both cold and heaviness in the feet are even more likely to be varicose veins.
People whose work is going to stand for a long time, they are at 45% higher at risk of having a varicose veins.
Yung-Po Liavv from the university team said in his article, “Our study has seen more sensitivity to the low to moderate to the lower part of the feet, which has so far been underestimated as a private experience associated with Varicose veins.”
8,782 people aged 30 to 70 years were included in this study. Of these, 676 people were medium or severe varicose veins. He was asked how much he feels cold in his feet and how much heaviness is felt in his feet.
