He has warned that one should not eat Chole Bhature even by mistake in the morning, because it can be harmful. According to health, he has told which breakfast can be good and which can be bad.

Best breakfast in terms of health

1. Maggi

Dr. Ravi K Gupta says that Maggi is easy to make but it does not contain any nutritious elements, hence eating it in breakfast can be harmful. Can eat it only under compulsion.

2. Dosa

Doctor says that Dosa can be a good option, since it is steamed, it can be eaten daily for breakfast. This does not harm health but is beneficial. This is a good food.

3. Idli

Like Dosa, Idli is also a steamed and healthy breakfast. You can eat it daily for breakfast. This provides not just one but many benefits to health. The stomach also gets a lot of relief. It maintains energy throughout the day and does not allow obesity to increase.

4. Bread Omelette

Dr. Ravi K Gupta tells that egg is a good source of protein. The body gets many benefits from this. Eating it daily can be beneficial. The bread omelette made from this can be a good option to include in breakfast.

5. Aloo Paratha

Many people also like to eat Aloo Paratha early in the morning. Eating it with curd can provide good protein. Using a little desi ghee instead of oil can be more beneficial. This can be a good option for breakfast.

6. Poha

Poha can be taken as a good option for morning breakfast. It is made from rice. If you prepare it by mixing it with vegetables, you can eat it daily. Due to this, one does not feel hungry quickly and obesity also does not increase.

7. Chole Bhature

Chole Bhature is fried. The amount of oil and fat in these is very high, which can be harmful for health. One should avoid eating it in breakfast. The more you stay away from this, the better your health will be. Apart from this, eating crushed chickpeas can also be dangerous. However, it can be eaten occasionally but not every day.

Fear of food allergy due to flour

The immune system becomes weak due to flour.

Due to too high glycemic index of flour, the sugar level in the blood may increase i.e. risk of diabetes.
