New Delhi, October 29 (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday greeted all the countrymen on the occasion of Dhanvantari Jayanti and 9th Ayurveda Day.
PM Modi wrote in a post on social media platform Today the whole world is accepting it. I am confident that this ancient method of medicine will continue to be useful for the healthy life of the entire humanity.
It is noteworthy that on this occasion, PM Modi will launch, inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several health sector projects worth about Rs 12,850 crore at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) on Tuesday.
Apart from this, the Prime Minister will make a new beginning in the Ayushman Bharat scheme and expand healthcare coverage to all senior citizens aged 70 years and above. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the second phase of the country’s first All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA). It will include Panchakarma hospital, Ayurvedic pharmacy for medicine manufacturing, sports medicine unit, central library, IT and startup incubation centre, and a 500-seat auditorium.
He will lay the foundation stone of two Central Research Institutes of Yoga and Naturopathy at Khordha in Odisha and Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Prime Minister Modi will also launch four AYUSH Centers of Excellence. Apart from this, Prime Minister Modi will launch many schemes to strengthen the health sector. He will also launch “Country’s Nature Test Campaign”, which will make people health conscious.
Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate projects under five production-linked incentive schemes to promote “Make in India” in the health sector. In which high level medical equipment and important medicines will be manufactured.
