Drink green tea: Green tea has many benefits and is effective in fighting cholesterol. Catechin found in green tea is powerful antioxidants that reduce LDL cholesterol and prevent its oxidation, a process associated with arterial damage. LDL can be reduced by about 2-5% by drinking 2-3 cups of sugar without sugar daily.
