Yogasanas and Pranayama fall in this category. There are four very popular pranayama, who will be practiced every day, you will definitely feel the difference.

Nadi refinement, also called Anulom-Vilom Pranayama, according to the Ministry of AYUSH, it is helpful in calming the mind, increasing concentration and reducing anxiety. The method is very simple. For this, you should calm down and sit in Padmasana and keep the back straight. After this, close your eyes and inhale with the left nose, leave the right nostril, then breathe right and leave the left. Repeat this process several times.

Health experts say that by performing 5-10 minutes daily, anulome-control causes blood pressure control, as well as the face. If you do not sleep well, fatigue in the body and the mind does not remain calm, then it is very beneficial for you. By doing this, the energy of the body remains and the lungs also remain healthy.

Such is Kapalbhati Pranayama. Kapalbhati Pranayam is beneficial for patients with diabetes. It also provides energy to the brain and nervous system. Although Kapalbhati is good for most people, some people should avoid doing it.

People who are advised not to do Kapalbhati include pregnant women, people struggling with problems like menstrual time, high blood pressure, heart disease, hernia, slip disc or stomach pain. Not only this, even if you have problems like dizziness or restlessness, even experts recommend not to do Kapalbhati.

Ujjai Pranayama, also known as ‘victorious breath’ or ‘marine breath’, is gradually taken from the throat and released, which has a slight wheezing or whistle sound. It produces heat in the body, which can be useful for prevention of colds and colds during the monsoon season.
