People of any age can do these micro exercises anytime and anywhere.
start with stretch
You sit on your mat in any posture. Now keeping your waist and neck straight, raise both your hands and stretch them above your head. You can close your eyes. Hold for a count of 20. Then bring the hands down.
pay attention

First exercise- Stand straight on the mat and now stand once on your toes and then stand up while giving weight on the heels. Now do this continuously. You do this exercise 10 times. Your gaze should be straight.
Second exercise- Now stand straight on the mat and raise both hands up and make a salutation posture. Your hands should be close to the ears. Now stay in this posture for some time and then lower your hands.
Third exercise- Now you have to do steps. For this, stand on the mat and walk for two minutes by lifting your legs and moving your hands back and forth. The more leg lifts you can do, the better the results. Keep breathing also.
Fourth exercise-
Now we are going to do jumping jacks. While doing this, it is important to maintain coordination between our breath and body. To do this, while jumping, spread your legs on both sides and also spread both your hands simultaneously on both sides. Now jump again and stand with both hands and legs close together.
