Those living in India enjoy the weather like heat, rain and cold. People living here have been getting food and necessary nutrients according to different seasons. But the kind of changes that have taken place in lifestyle in the last few years are having the most impact on health. Due to poor eating and drinking, there is a lack of nutrients in the body. Vitamin D deficiency is the highest in the body of people living in cities. The reason for this is to stay away from the sun and do not get sunlight in the houses. In such a situation, if you want to strengthen bones, then do this work daily in the morning. With this, the body will continue to get natural vitamin D.

Take half an hour of sunlight in the morning

Sit in the sun for half an hour every morning. By sitting in the sun, the body will get natural vitamin D. Our body starts making vitamin D by itself when it is in the sun. That is, by taking only half an hour of sunlight, you will not need to eat vitamin D pills throughout your life. However, the best way to take vitamin D from sunlight is to wear less clothes i.e. let the skin come in contact with maximum sunlight.

What time the sunlight gets vitamin D

It is not that you will sit in the sun anytime and the body will get vitamin D. For vitamin D, you have to take sunlight till 8 am in summer. In winter, sunlight comes out late, then you can take sunlight till 9 o’clock. This will give the body vitamin D. After this, sunlight can be harmful to the body.

How to meet vitamin D deficiency?

Include certain things in food to meet vitamin D deficiency in the body. Vitamin D is found in cow’s milk. Must include dairy products in food. Plant based food such as mushrooms, whole grains, serials, eggs, orange juice is a diet rich in vitamin D. You can increase the intake of these things in your diet.
