1) Complete the amount of water before the sun sinks

2) Bathing time set

There are many benefits of eating food before sunset. This improves digestion and does not cause problems like constipation, indigestion, burning, and sour belching. Experts also believe that eating food before sunset makes the body easy to digest nutrients. Try to complete the dinner before the Suryast. Otherwise, try to eat till 7 o’clock.

4) The right time is also for meditation
If you are late in the morning or you do not get time in the morning, then evening time is best to do meditation. You can focus on for some time before the sun sinks. It is a different fun to meditate in the sunlight.

5) Drink herbal tea in the evening
Evening time is good for drinking herbal tea or weight loss. Experts also describe the best time for drinking herbal tea at 4 o’clock in the evening. Enjoy herbal tea in the evening to reduce stress-engagement and to relax.
