New Delhi, 10 February (IANS). Often people doing seating jobs have to face many types of physical problems, but many times they do not remain aware of these problems, as a result of which they have to face serious consequences in the future.
In the initial stages, when a person who has a seating job has any kind of physical problem, he is negligent in this matter. If they show seriousness at the same time, their condition will not be serious.
On the other hand, what kind of problems can people do seating jobs? And how can they avoid it? IANS had a special conversation with Dr. Ankush Garg of CK Birla Hospital about this.
Dr. Garg says that in today’s date a large number of people do a desk job. They sit on the chair for hours. By doing this, pain starts in their back. This usually happens by sitting in a defective way, then in such a situation if you do a desk job, then you have to improve your seating state.
According to Dr., if you do a desk job, then try not to sit down. Now in such a situation, the question is, how should we sit? After all, what is the right stage of sitting? First of all you should try to sit in a comfortable state. Your back gets proper support. If he does not get proper support, then there may be pain and this pain can also increase further.
Dr. Garg explains that every person doing desk job must take a break in 30 to 45 minutes. You make this rule. Do not forget to take a break at all. You will not only get physical, but also mental peace. Many times people tell me that the situation in our office many times becomes like this, we have to sit on the chair for one or two consecutive hours, so I tell them a simple way not to keep a glass of water near your chair. It is obvious that you will feel thirsty and if you get up to get water, then your body will get relaxed on this excuse. At the same time, whenever it comes time to drink coffee, you go to take coffee yourself. In this way you will go on a break every 40 minutes without doing anything.
Dr. told that the person doing the desk job should exercise daily. Exercising will not cause pain in your body. Apart from this, do not work by placing the laptop on your bed, because by doing this many times, the back starts to pain. Along with this, keep your body currency right.
