If you are rich in Vitamin C, then Amla will keep your body healthy. Plus, it helps your eyes function brilliantly. It may reduce your retinal problems and improve the health of your blood vessels.

Orange
Orange is rich in vitamin C, which helps prevent eye problems. Orange helps reduce oxidative stress in your eyes. Also, due to the high amount of water in orange, the eyes always remain hydrated. This will help reduce the risk of dry eyes.

Guava
Guava fruit, widely available in winter, is rich in nutrients. It works well in improving your eyesight and reducing eye problems that come with age.

sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A and beta carotene, both of which help keep your eyes healthy. In particular, beta carotene may help improve eyesight. And when it comes to Vitamin ‘A’, it reduces the risk of dry eyes.

spinach
Spinach is one of the most popular winter green curries. It works well to prevent optic nerve degeneration. Especially the folic acid present in it removes eye problems. Therefore experts often recommend including spinach in your regular diet for healthy eyes.
