1) First of all, sit on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor. Sit with your legs slightly apart. Now press your feet on the floor. Now bend your body forward until your head and torso are gently supported between your legs. Take deep breaths during this time.
2) Now sit on the bed and stretch your legs forward. Fold your torso forward over your legs. And take a deep breath. Initially, place a pillow under your forehead or knees.
3) To do this asana, start on your hands and knees. To do this, sit in Vajrasana and stretch your hands in front. Now let the lower back rest on the heels. Let your body weight rest on the bed. Then take a deep breath.
4) To do this, lie down with your head facing the headboard and bring your lower back as close to the headboard as you can. Stretch your legs to the headboard, so that your feet are comfortably above it. Stay in this position for a while.
5) Now lie down on your back on the bed and gently close your eyes. Relax your neck and shoulders, then move your legs a little. Let your shoulders and hands open. Let your tongue and jaw loose. Bring your body to a state of calmness then take deep breaths.
