Experts have been saying that if you keep exercising regularly and eating nutritious food, you can remain healthy and fit for a long time. But in this busy life, it is not possible for everyone to stay healthy and take out extra time to keep the body fit.

1. Drink plenty of water instead of tea on an empty stomach.

Most people like to drink tea or coffee after waking up in the morning. But if you drink water from a big glass as soon as you wake up in the morning, it will be very beneficial for you. Actually, after sleeping the whole night, the body remains completely dehydrated and when tea and coffee go into the body on an empty stomach, our body has to suffer a lot. In such a situation, if you make it a habit to drink water after waking up in the morning, not only will your body get energy, but your brain and kidneys will also be able to function better.

2. Eat plenty of protein in breakfast

It is said that one should always have breakfast like a king and dinner like a beggar. Yes, if you start the morning with better and nutritious food then you will feel fit and energetic throughout the day. In such a situation, definitely consume protein in breakfast. Taking protein in breakfast keeps blood sugar under control, gives energy to the body, does not make you feel hungry quickly and also keeps the mood good. Not only this, you can also control your weight.

3. One fruit a day is necessary

Make a habit of eating at least one fruit a day. You can use it as a snack. If you eat fruits daily, the body gets essential fibre, vitamins and minerals, which keeps both digestion and health good.

4. Use the stairs

According to a research, if you climb 60 stairs in 20 seconds three times a day, cardio fitness increases by 5 percent. Cardio fitness is most important for your overall fitness. It also reduces the risk of heart disease and keeps muscles strong.

5. Drink green tea

If you consume green tea instead of tea and coffee throughout the day, you can get a lot of benefits from it. It also keeps serious diseases away and due to its rich antioxidant properties, it removes many problems.
