According to experts, there can be many reasons behind feeling hungry again and again. On one hand, while consuming more calories also increases irritability, an unbalanced diet invites many problems. Protein deficiency-
According to a research published by the National Library of Medicine, protein keeps the satiating hormones active while controlling the hunger-increasing hormones. But if you are feeling hungry again and again, then include protein-rich things like dairy products, fish and seafood, pulses, soybean, eggs and meat etc. in your diet.

lack of sleep-
Various research proves that the brain and immune system need adequate sleep to function properly. Lack of sleep increases the risk of heart diseases and cancer. The ghrelin hormone increases in the body, which leads to frequent hunger. On the other hand, getting adequate sleep increases the level of leptin in the body.

Do not drink water-
Water keeps the digestive system healthy. Hunger is controlled by drinking a little water some time before eating. Also, we do not eat in large quantities. If you feel hungry again and again, then first focus on drinking enough water. Eat fruits and vegetables which have a lot of juice. This does not cause a shortage of water in the body and hunger is controlled.

Lack of fiber-
Consuming fiber-rich foods keeps a person satisfied for a long time. Fiber intake boosts appetite-controlling hormones. It helps in the production of short-chain fatty acids, which give you satisfaction. Include flax seeds, sweet potatoes, oranges, sprouted grains, etc. in your daily diet.

Signs of nutritional deficiency-
Feeling hungry all the time can also be a sign of nutritional deficiency. If the right cause is not taken care of, fatigue increases and overeating also increases the risk of obesity.

Tension-
When we are under stress, the level of a hormone called cortisol increases in the body, which increases hunger and cravings. Stressed children and adults take more calories in their diet. Work on stress management. It will be beneficial to do meditation and breathing exercises regularly for some time.
