New Delhi, 27 February (IANS). From the child to the elderly, ask someone what is your favorite or favorite food, then you will get an answer from Tapak. Some would like a veg and some will like non -veg. There is no hesitation in telling your choice because the happiness from it is beyond the border. Actually, eating for most of us is one of the greatest pleasures of life. But do you know that the food that makes your mood perfect is full of vitamin P!
Now what is this vitamin p? Something that satisfies the soul through your plate reaching the stomach. Here ‘P’ means ‘Plager’. If you are happy then your stomach is happy and happy, then your health is happy.
Over the years, researchers have studied the science behind the food for pleasure. His findings are interesting and largely encouraging.
Food satisfies both our tongue and brain. There is a research of 2011 -regarding the impact on the health of dopamine. Dopamine is known as ‘feel good hormone’ because it teases the wires of the brain that helps in promoting happiness, peace, inspiration and attention.
This research showed that the dopamine of people struggling with obesity does not work properly and hence they do over. They become obese in the affair.
But if this works properly, then there is a positive effect on health. When we lose the taste of food, dopamine becomes active, it helps in the feeling of joy which helps to digest food easily.
In 2020 (is printed in NLM) 119 studies were reviewed regarding the relationship between enjoyment of food and a healthy diet. Equivalent percentage studies found a favorable relationship between food enjoyment and dietary consequences.
For example, in a 2015 study, more enjoyment of food has been paired with high nutrition status. Some studies emphasize the importance of enjoying healthy foods to promote nutritious, balanced diet.
Sanskrit is unmatched- Santosham Param Sukham. In the case of food, when we eat in which we get juice, then the level of satisfaction increases, the quality of the diet improves and we are saved from the possibility of eating more or excessive food.
