New Delhi, November 25 (IANS). The team formed by the state of Haryana has exposed an illegally operated gender testing center in Rajiv Nagar (Garhmukteshwar) of Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. There have been allegations of suspicion and negligence on the activities of the health department. Now the role of the Health Department in the operation of the gender testing center will be investigated and the process of suspension of doctors has been started.

After the news was published in the media, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has taken cognizance of the matter. He has ordered an inquiry into the negligence, dereliction and role of the local health department administration. The Principal Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department has been instructed to present the details of the investigation within a week.

Deputy CM said that based on the investigation report, strict action will be taken against the culprits. Apart from this, he said that Fatehpur gynecologist Dr. PK Gupta has faced serious allegations of using indecent and indecent language against the government and administration. He has instructed the Principal Secretary of the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department to take strict action against the accused doctor.

Disobeying the transfer order and instructions of higher officials has cost the doctor dearly. On the instructions of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, the Principal Secretary of the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department has ordered to suspend the doctor. Suspension proceedings have been initiated against the doctor.

The government transferred Dr. Shyamdhar Bind, radiologist of Pandit Kamalapati Tripathi Joint Hospital, Chandauli. Dr. Shyamdhar Bind did not comply with the transfer order and disobeyed higher orders. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has taken the incident seriously.
