Lifestyle News Desk: During the winter season, people are very troubled by the problem of uric acid. Actually, nowadays consumption of high protein foods increases this problem rapidly. The problem of gout starts due to increase in uric acid, which sometimes causes difficulty in walking. But apart from diet, there are some exercises which can be helpful in this problem. Exercising increases blood circulation and stretchability in the body, which can relieve the problem of arthritis. So let us know about some exercises which can be effective in this problem.

1. walk
Walking increases the movement between your bones. In a way, they improve your blood circulation and help digest purines. While walking stretches the bones, it improves the metabolism rate of the body and prevents the problem of gout.

2. swim
Swimming is an aerobic exercise that helps increase bone mobility and joint function. When you walk in water, there is less pressure on your joints. Swimming can be an ideal choice of exercise for people with gout or any other type of arthritis. Therefore, go swimming for 15 minutes every day, two days a week. Then increase this time to 30 to 45 minutes.

3. Squats
Squats are a type of exercise that helps stretch your legs and hips. This reduces pressure on your joints and improves blood circulation. Therefore, do not do it suddenly, start this exercise slowly.
