If your weight is increasing rapidly, then include some of these desi drinks in your diet to reduce it. Drinking these drinks on an empty stomach not only reduces weight but also gives many other benefits related to health. Including these drinks in your morning routine with balanced diet and regular exercise increases metabolism which makes it easier to lose weight. Let us know which drinks can be curbed by increasing obesity.

Start the day with these desi drinks:


Lemonade: Lemonade is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Consuming an empty stomach gives the body to detox, improve digestion and feel stomach full. Squeeze half a lemon juice in a glass of warm water. Shake well and drink it on an empty stomach.



Cumin Pani: Cumin is a main part of the kitchen. Cumin water reduces weight and improves your digestion. Also, this cumin water activates digestive enzymes, which is easily digested. Cumin water relieves problems like flatulence, constipation and acidity. Soak 1 teaspoon of cumin in a cup of water overnight. Boil it in the morning, sieve and drink it hot. Drink it at least 20 minutes before breakfast.



Amla juice: Amla is rich in vitamin C and increases better digestion, reduces weight, increases metabolism and detoxification to the body. Mix 2 tablespoons of fresh gooseberry juice in a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach. Avoid drinking it with tea or coffee.



Cinnamon Water: If you want to reduce weight rapidly then there is no better option than cinnamon water. Cinnamon water can help accelerate metabolism and keep insulin levels under control, which helps in weight management. Boil a cup of water and add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder or a stick of cinnamon. Let it get wet for 10 minutes. Sieve and drink hot and hot.
