Consumption of Moringa strengthens weak immunity. It is also very beneficial in kidney stones. Consuming Moringa controls bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. In such a situation, you must include this vegetable in your diet. So, today we will tell you how to make Moringa soup.

Ingredients for Drumstick Soup:

Drumstick beans, 1 onion and 1 tomato, a cinnamon stick, half a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of ghee, a pinch of asafoetida, 2-3 cloves of garlic and ginger

How to make Drumstick Soup


First step: Making drumstick soup is very easy. To make drumstick soup, first wash the drumstick pods, 1 onion and 1 tomato. Now remove the peel from the drumstick. After that chop the onion and tomato.



Second step: Now turn on the gas and place the cooker on it and add 1 teaspoon oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, temper it with cinnamon and half a teaspoon of cumin. After that add onion and tomato. When the onion becomes light brown, add drumstick beans to it. After that add 2 glasses of water and put the lid of the cooker.



Step 3: After 3 whistles, turn off the gas and now pour these beans from the cooker into a grinder jar and grind them finely. After grinding, filter them well and put its pulp in a bowl.



Fourth step: Now take a spoonful of ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, garlic and finely chopped ginger. When the asafoetida starts crackling, add drumstick pulp to it. Now add black salt and cumin powder to it. Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas. Your drumstick soup is ready. Serve hot by adding coriander leaves on top of it.
