Ayurvedic tips you should follow in winters
After just 3 days, the cold is going to increase in the plains. The time of shivering and teeth-gnashing cold has come. Meteorologists are saying that after 3 days there is going to be heavy snowfall and rain in the mountains. Due to the cold winds blowing from the mountains, cold will start coming in its fiercest form in the plains. This is the reason why people should be alert from now because due to cold weather, first of all people’s immunity weakens. Carelessness in cold disturbs the balance of biological energy of the body. These biological energies are Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which are also called Tridosha and if these get disturbed then it is certain that you will fall ill. Man keeps getting trapped in the maze of diseases. If one disease is not cured, another one attacks and then after treatment, the disease comes back again.
High BP, sugar, obesity, thyroid, cold, acidity, all these diseases occur due to Tridosha imbalance. Understand it like this that people who have gas problem, they have problem of dryness, feel more weakness i.e. they have more Vatta. At the same time, if there is a problem of burning sensation in the chest and acidity, then understand that bile has increased in the body. People with Kapha tendency feel tired and heaviness in the body all the time. Your nature is Vata-Pita or Kapha. Understanding this, you have to maintain their balance, only then your immunity will remain strong and diseases will not occur near you. All this will be possible with Yoga-Pranayama because Yoga calms the Tridosha and also fills the body with energy. We know from Swami Ramdev which Yoga-Pranayam can calm this Tridosha.
