What to eat to make liver healthy

Lemon and watermelon water- To make the liver healthy, consume lemon and watermelon. These things are beneficial for your body. Both of them are full of citrus. Drinking lemon and watermelon water once a day gives you vitamin C, which helps in running blood vessels, managing the liver.

Dark chocolate and berries- dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids. Berries are effective in blood circulation. This helps your liver to function easily. Eat chocolate to keep the liver healthy.

Almonds and walnuts- almonds and walnuts help to strengthen your body. Both these nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E, which reduce fat in liver. Also protect your liver from oxidative stress. Eat 3 to 4 almonds and walnuts daily.

Kiwi and Greek Yogurt- Kiwi gives many types of nutrients to your body. Both of them are rich in potassium, vitamin C and probiotics. It is beneficial in keeping the liver healthy and also controlling fat.

Apple and Cinnamon- Doctors always call you apple, because it delivers high fiber to your body. Cinnamon is used to protect your liver and keep healthy for a long time. Therefore, you should eat an apple daily. Along with this, cinnamon should also be consumed.
