Due to which, along with damage to the intestines, many stomach related problems also arise. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to detox the body from time to time to remain fit and slim. If you have also eaten a lot this festive season, then detox your body like this to keep your body healthy.

Drink ginger water 2-3 times
Ginger water is a good solution to remove dirt, toxins and extra fat from the body. To do this remedy, drinking dry ginger powder mixed in a cup of hot water helps in keeping the intestines healthy.

lemon-mint water
Lemon and mint are also a good detox drink. Vitamin C present in lemon keeps the immune system strong. Whereas mint helps in digestion by giving a feeling of freshness to the body. To make this detox drink, mix the juice of half a lemon and a few mint leaves in a glass of water and keep it aside for a few minutes. After this, filter this water and drink it. By drinking this drink the toxins present in the body will be removed.

This is an easy homegrown way to detox the body. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, while turmeric contains curcumin, which helps in detoxifying the body. To do this remedy, mix a little ginger and a pinch of turmeric in a cup of milk and boil it. Now drink this milk hot. Drinking this drink not only improves immunity but also increases the glow of the skin.
