Even today, you can keep your body fit with a balanced diet and lifestyle. However, in the last few years, diseases are increasing rapidly in India due to poor lifestyle. The diseases which appeared in the body after the age of 50-60. Now even after 30-35 years they have started troubling me. Therefore, take special care of your eyes from now on. Excessive use of computers and mobiles is having adverse effects on the eyes. From children to adults, everyone’s eyesight has started weakening before age. Spending hours with gadgets does not provide any rest to the eyes. This increases eye strain. At the same time, harmful UV rays of the sun are also proving harmful for the eyes. In such a situation, take special care of diet. By including some special things in your diet, you can maintain your eyesight and make your eyes healthy.

Vegetables that strengthen eyes

Eat carrots- There are many vegetables in winter which are a boon for the eyes. To improve eyesight, eat 1-2 carrots daily. Carrots contain vitamin A and beta carotene, which improves eyesight. And weak eyes get nourishment. Eating carrots also relieves the problem of dry eyes. You must eat carrots daily.

Eat broccoli- These days fresh broccoli is available in the market. You must include broccoli in your diet somehow. Broccoli acts as a superfood not only for the eyes but for the entire body. Broccoli contains carotenoids called zeaxanthin and lutein which reach the retina of the eyes and start getting accumulated. They also protect the eyes from damage caused by blue light. Elements that strengthen the eye muscles are also present in broccoli.

Eat Amla- Rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, Amla is considered a boon for the eyes. Eating Amla improves eyesight. Amla is available in abundance in winter. You must eat 1 Amla daily. Amla Retina protects the retina and lens from free radicals. This also helps in protecting the eyes from stress.

Eat capsicum- Capsicum is also a good vegetable to improve eyesight. However, colorful vegetables are considered good for health. Rich vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are found in them. Capsicum contains Vitamin C. Which prevents damage to eye tissues.

Eat Spinach- You must also eat some spinach leaves daily. If you want, you can consume spinach raw or lightly boiled, add it to any vegetable or soup. Spinach is considered good for improving eyesight. Many such nutrients are found in spinach which protect the eyes from getting sick. Carotenoids called lutein and zeaxanthin are found in spinach which protect the retina from harmful blue light.
