How to strengthen the digestive system

Eat fiber food- First include fiber rich in your diet. In which fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains should be made part of the food. These foods contain soluble and insoluble fiber. The fiber is clean. Healthy intestine nourishes bacteria and helps prevent constipation and inflammation.

Eat probiotics and firmant food- Include foods like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, saukrakoot and kombucha in food. This increases good bacteria in the intestine. These probiotics increase the balance of entastyine microbiomes and help improve digestion.

Chew food and eat- To strengthen the digestive system, chew food and eat it well. More saliva is formed from this which reaches the stomach with digestive enzymes. The food is easily digested by this. This can reduce gas and inflammation.

Stay hydrated- drink enough water throughout the day. Water helps to digest food, absorb nutrients and keep the digestive system healthy. Complete the target of drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Especially if you eat fiber -rich food.

Manage stress- Chronic stress can negatively affect the intestine and access, causing problems such as indigestion, IBS or acid reflux. Meditate for this, do deep breathing exercises daily, do yoga. This can reduce stress.
