Dr. Chanchal Sharma, director and gynecologist of Asha Ayurveda, told some tips that you can take body care naturally. You are able to live a good life when you are physically healthy.

Try these tips to stay healthy:

Eat a balanced diet: What you eat throughout the day affects your body, so try to always consume a balanced diet. It is very important to have a balanced amount of all vitamins, minerals, other nutrients in your diet. Drink at least 4 liters of water daily with this. Include leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Must have breakfast in the morning.

Adopt systematic lifestyle: To stay healthy, lifestyle is very important. You should remain physically active and share in household chores. Try not to sit or sleep for a long time, it can increase obesity and can cause many diseases.

Keep the body clean: Wake up in the morning and clean the teeth, bathing and eating nutritious diet can be a cumbersome task, but keeping cleanliness of the body is the first action of staying healthy. You should take a bath regularly, cut the nails and keep it clean, determine the time of sleeping and sleep for 7 hours daily, do not wake up till late night.

Do regular exercise: Nowadays there is a lot of stress in people’s lives, which causes many types of diseases. In such a situation, you can stay physically and mentally healthy by doing exercise, yoga and pranayam regularly.

Get regular checkups: To stay healthy, you should get your body tested every month, so you can identify any disease in the initial days and accordingly you can live a healthy life by getting treatment.

Do not consume drugs: Consuming smoking or alcohol etc. can make your lungs and liver bad. Not only this, smoking can also spoil your skin, so that you start looking old before time. Therefore, avoid such intoxicating substances.

Pay attention to the mental health: A person can be healthy only when the body as well as mentally healthy. Because only then you will be able to give 100 percent in any work and will be happy. Therefore you should think positive and do meditation.
