But in the meantime, many times people get so busy in preparations that they do not take care of their health. Due to which a fresh look is not seen on the wedding day.

1. Drinking water is very important-
There should be no shortage of drinking water during the summer season. If you are getting married soon, drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day. Apart from this, eat fruits and vegetables that have water content. Having the right amount of water in the body keeps the skin healthy and also increases its glow.

2. Do not take stress and stay stress free-
You do not need to take too much stress regarding the wedding and its preparations. Because it has a direct impact on your health and face. Therefore, it would be better for brides to remain stress free. You can also do meditation. Also, love yourself. Relax the body with things like spa, facial, massage, manicure, pedicure.

3. Don’t forget to exercise-
Diet and exercise are the two most important things to stay fit. So if you want to stay fit and look beautiful on your special day, take out at least 30 minutes for exercise.
