Walking is beneficial for health, yet most of the people feel lazy in the name of walking. Walk is very important for your good health. Walking not only makes you fit externally but also makes you strong from within. Many times people walk for 10-15 minutes and feel that the task of exercise has been completed. Let us tell you, a 10-15 minute walk has no benefit for the body, neither does it reduce weight nor provide any other benefits. If you want to remain healthy and fit, then walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day. Actually, walking for 5 to 10 minutes does not have any special effect on the body, but when you walk continuously at the same speed for 20 to 25 minutes, it increases the pulse rate. That means you have to walk so fast that the pulse rest reaches 100. When the heart beat goes above 100 then you have to walk for 20 minutes. If you try this formula regularly then your weight will be affected.

Which mistake should not be made while walking?

You should never walk bent over while walking, this spoils your body posture. While walking, you should always stand straight and walk. Don’t make this mistake even by mistake.

Benefits of walking

Walking provides many benefits to our body. First of all, metabolism speeds up due to which the increased weight is reduced. By walking for 40 minutes a day, hormones are activated and cholesterol is controlled due to which the heart functions properly. Regular walking strengthens your weak muscles.
