ब्लड शुगर कंट्रोल से लेकर मांसपेशियों की मजबूती तक, नौकासन है असरदार

New Delhi, 20 June (IANS). In today’s run -of -the -mill life, people often ignore their body and health. Junk food, waking up late at night and diseases slowly start to home due to stressful routine. In such a situation, yoga is a natural solution, which not only balances the body, but also relaxes the mind. Naukasana is such a yogasana, by practicing a few minutes daily, the body remains fit. The word Naukasana is made up of two Sanskrit words, in which ‘boat’ means ‘boat’ and ‘Asana’ means posture. In the practice of this yoga, your body becomes like a boat shape. From reducing abdominal fat to strengthening the spinal cord, this yogasan has many benefits.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, Naukasana is an effective yogasan, which helps in making the body strong and balanced. While doing this, the muscles of the stomach, back and thighs have a direct effect, which reduces body fat. Not only this, it is also helpful in strengthening the spinal cord. This asana not only increases physical strength, but also helps in maintaining mental concentration and balance.

The practice of Naukasana helps to activate the digestive system. This yogasan forces the muscles of the stomach, causing mild pressure to the digestive organs and becomes more active. This digss the food properly and problems like gas, constipation are removed. When digestion is better, the energy of the body also starts increasing.

This yogasan is helpful in increasing stability. While doing this, the entire body has to be balanced in the shape of a boat, which improves the body’s grip and control. This practice also increases our concentration, because the body has to be kept stable in the same position for some time. Practicing it daily not only makes the body strong, but also improves mental stability and confidence.

At the same time, it is a simple way to strengthen the muscles of the lower body. While doing this asana, there is a stretch on the thighs, calves and lower abdomen, causing the muscles of these parts to activate and gradually become strong. This yogasan is especially beneficial for those who are troubled by the weakness or fatigue of the feet.

Naukasana not only makes the body strong, but also helps in fighting diseases like diabetes. While doing this asana, the abdominal muscles are pulled and the internal organs become active, especially the pancreas. This improves the flow of insulin, which is helpful in controlling blood sugar. Apart from this, this Yogasan improves blood circulation, which gives freshness and energy to the body.

To practice Naukasana, first of all lie down on the back and add both your legs together. Keep the hands straight next to the body. Now take a deep breath, and slowly lift your feet and chest up while exhaling. Also, pull the hands forward so that they move towards the feet. During this time your eyes should be on the feet, while hands and feet appear in a straight line. Feel stretch in the abdominal muscles and stay in this position for some time. Then gradually come back to the same position.

The Ministry of AYUSH has advised those who are suffering from any serious heart disease or asthma not to naukasana. Also, if you have migraine, high headache or low blood pressure, do not practice it, because it can increase further. Naukasana should be avoided during pregnancy, as it puts pressure on the stomach.
