New Delhi, 7 March (IANS). Garlic with bright and white peels is beautiful in appearance, in it, nature has also filled many qualities by coding. Garlic, which enhances flavor in food, has a special place in Ayurveda. It is not only beneficial in the prevention and treatment of many diseases including asthma, paralysis, but also removes the weakness of the body by eating garlic.
The scientific name of garlic is Ellium Sativam L. It is being used for medicinal purpose since ancient times. The specialty is its smell, which is spicy in taste and cooking in food makes a large extent soft. It is considered extremely effective in prevention and treatment of many diseases.
Garlic is a very important spice (vegetable) from the perspective of both Ayurveda and the kitchen. According to a report published in the National Library of Medicine (based on meta analysis) eating garlic can reduce blood sugar (blood sugar) during fasting. This report was published in 2015. Which was based on different studies. In which it was proved that consuming garlic can improve sugar levels, which can be beneficial for diabetes patients.
