Ginger: Dried ginger is known as vishwabheshaja in Ayurveda. It is beneficial in all types of digestive disorders. It can be used in the form of juice, decoction or oil. Rock Sugar: Mishri or rock sugar is the purest form of sugar. Ayurveda uses it as a sweetener in the preparation of certain medicines. People suffering from PCOS, obesity, auto-immune disorders, gut problems, etc. should use rock sugar instead of white sugar.
CCF Tea: CCF tea means cumin, coriander and fennel. From bloating to menstrual cramps, it works for all stomach problems. It increases appetite, helps control blood sugar, reduces stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, reduces bloating. Take 1 teaspoon each of cumin, coriander and fennel and boil it in 1 glass of water for 3-5 minutes, strain and drink it sip by sip.
