A leading pharmaceutical company of the country has done a research on increasing headaches. According to this, more than 5,310 people aged between 22 and 45 years from 20 cities were interviewed. In 93% of them, the problem of headache has increased significantly after Corona. The cause of headache is related to the level of stress. This report has shown that due to stress, people are getting stressed and complaints of headache are increasing in them. One in every three people involved in this research considered themselves more stressed after the pandemic.
What causes stress
This research includes both working and non-working people. Financial problems and work pressure are at the top in increasing stress headaches. Apart from this, health problems and family quarrels are also responsible for this. The study reports that stress should be managed properly. The trace level has increased by 12% and 13% in people in the age group of 26-35 and 36-45 as compared to before Corona. Young people of 26-35 years have been found to be the most stressed. Their figure is up to 87%.
The biggest disadvantage of headache
Headaches are occurring due to stress and due to this, one is not able to concentrate on any work. About 40% of the participants admitted that they are facing difficulty in concentrating on work. Headaches are affecting both professional and personal life.
