Some people also go to parties, where there are many breakfast options as well as alcohol -based drinks, which can have a bad effect on the health of these people.

1. For diabetes patients

During festivals, diabetic patients should take special care of their food, because at this time the consumption of sweets increases, which makes the sugar level high. Doctor Pramila says that diabetes patients should eat sweets made of jaggery instead of sugar on Holi and eat at home. Eat less spices and salt. In addition, these people should reduce the intake of packaged foods such as chips, salty or snacks. Drink more plain water instead of sugar -rich beverages on Holi.

2. What should liver patients do?

Outside food and processed food are often eaten on Holi. People also drink alcohol on this festival. Both these factors are not good for liver health. Liver patients should avoid fried foods on Holi as much as possible. Eating smooth food can accumulate more fat in the liver. Drink lukewarm water after playing Holi. Drinking mixed with gooseberry powder in this water is beneficial. Eat light food like khichdi and oatmeal.

3. What should kidney patients take care?

Drinking alcohol and soda drinks on Holi is harmful for kidney patients. Avoid eating chips, salty and packaged foods as they contain harmful acidic ingredients and salt, which can damage the kidney. Kidney patients should drink plenty of water and fluid on Holi.

Other important suggestions

You can eat low calorie sweets or natural sweet sweets to lose weight. Exercise, yoga and meditation relieves stress after Holi and removes fatigue. Eat light and boiled food after Holi, it will be more beneficial. Reduce the intake of tea and coffee as it can cause dehydration in the body. Select the right colors for Holi to protect your skin from damage.
