Actress Gautami Kapoor looks fit and healthy even at the age of 50. Recently, in an interview to IndianXPress.com, Gautami Kapoor told about his diet, exercise and lifestyle. He said that his workouts include Shakti training, pilates and some cardios like Zumba or Treadmill Walking. Gautami Kapoor also said that she had initially focused on running and aerobics, but later realized that she was undergoing excess training. Gautami told that she started exercising from the age of 15 and she has been keeping herself fit before coming to the gym.

He said that after following cardio and diet for many years without proper guidance, she now takes care of her body. Regarding this, he said that I am consistent about my workouts, but I do not put extra pressure on myself. I include workouts in my routine according to age.

Gautami said that I do not need to prove anything to anyone. When I go to the gym, it is a way for me to relieve stress. I feel very peaceful when I come out. The gym or exercise acts as mental peace for me. He also said that I am thin, so I will become even thinner by doing more cardio. My instructor changes my Hiit workout every week based on my situation.

Diet plan

Gautami eats everything, but she does not eat anything other than nuts, seeds or home -made protein bars at a certain time in breakfast. In addition, she does not include dairy products in her diet due to health problems. Talking about his diet, he said that people think that I do not eat fried food, but I eat everything. I eat food at 11:30 am and eat the last time in the evening at 6:30 pm. I am lucky that I am not fond of eating sweet. I do not like milk and yogurt, so I have stopped it completely. I do not even drink almond milk. I drink black coffee twice a day, I drink only hot water for 20 years.
