However, making a six pack body is not a very difficult task. This dream can be achieved only by regular exercise, nutritious diet and avoiding fast food. Below are some exercises that can be done regularly at home.

Lie face down on the ground and position yourself in front of the board. Make sure the elbows are lined up below the shoulders with the weight on the palms of the hands. Hands should be parallel to each other. After 10 to 20 seconds in each set, the body should be moved up and down with weight on the hands.

Lie on the floor with your hands raised and extend your legs upward. Then, when starting the exercise, one knee should be bent and raised so that the bottom of the knee forms a 90 degree angle with the thigh. While lifting the right leg, the left hand should be upward and the right hand should be parallel to the floor. Similarly, while lifting the left leg, the right hand will be upwards. The same process has to be repeated 14 times to complete one set. The knees should be wrapped around the chest with both hands and the body should be in the shape of a cannonball. After this you have to spread your arms and legs with the weight on the waist and lie down on the floor and again with the weight on the waist you have to roll like a cannonball. Release for 5 seconds and wrap again after 5 seconds. This exercise will require a dumbbell. Holding a dumbbell in one hand, stand straight with some distance between both legs. Keeping the body straight, the dumbbell hands should be kept as low as possible. Leave it down for a second and raise your hand up again.
