This is also an effective exercise that you can do while lying on the bed. To do this, just lie down straight. Then lift your legs a little, bend them from the knees and straighten them. Now move both legs back and forth like a bicycle. Remember to try to keep your back straight till the waist. Do this exercise at least 3 times in sets of 20.
Frog jump
You can do frog jumps to reduce your inner thighs. To do this, stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then sit on the floor and keep your hands in front. Now jump like a frog and move forward. When you land, bend your knees and sit back on your hips. Repeat this at least 10 times.

Complimentary lunges are also a great exercise to reduce thighs. To do this, stand with your legs hip-width apart. Slowly move your left leg behind the right so that your thighs form a cross. Now bend your knees while bringing your palms together. Repeat this with the right leg as well. Repeat this exercise 10 times and do 2 sets.
