Today there are 5 dried fruits here which help you to remove iron deficiency and increase the hemoglobin in the body faster. Kaju is rich in iron. If you consume a handful of cashew nuts daily, then the body gets about 1.89 mg of iron. So whenever you want to have breakfast, you should eat a handful of cashew nuts.

Consumption of almonds

If soaked almonds are consumed in the morning, then the problem of anemia can be overcome. A handful of nuts contain about 1.05 grams of iron. Which meets the needs of the body in a day. Therefore almonds should be included in your diet.

Walnuts consumption

Pistachios

Pistachio has been used to enhance the taste and beauty of sweets. Of course, pistachio is rich in iron. If there is a deficiency of iron in the body, eating pistachios provides relief. If you eat a handful of pistachios every day, the body gets 1.11 mg of iron.

Groundnut

Peanuts do not fall into the category of dried legs, but peanuts also have more iron. Which can remove iron deficiency in the body. So that it is also included in the diet.
