According to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, Malason is a yogasan, in which he sits in a squat posture, that is, by bending the knees and bringing the hips towards the ground. To do this, the legs should be squat by spreading as much as the width of the shoulders. Malason Pose takes small steps. It is considered the best posture to do an empty stomach in the morning, as it activates the digestive system.
There are many benefits of Malasan. Malasan puts pressure on the abdominal muscles, which removes constipation, gas and indigestion. It activates the intestines and makes the bowel movement easier. Makes the hips and ankles flexible. Joint pain is less. Malason walk strengthens the spine and muscles of the feet, which relieves back pain.
