At the same time, the hectic life of the city, polluted air and adulterated food are also causing diseases. Many women complain that they start feeling tired very quickly. In such a situation, if you also often complain of fatigue and weakness, then there can be many reasons behind it.

Why do women have the problem of fatigue?
Sleep- Not getting enough sleep can also cause fatigue in women. Apart from this, poor quality sleep or sleep apnea can cause fatigue.

Stress, depression or any other mental health problems can cause fatigue. To deal with stress, it is very important to do meditation daily.

Hormonal Change- There are many reasons for fatigue. Pregnancy, period, menopause can also cause fatigue.

Diet and dehydration – Not eating enough food during the day and not drinking enough water can make you feel tired. This is because without food there may be problem of deficiency of nutrients in the body.

Thyroid – The thyroid helps regulate your body temperature and regulate your heart health and your metabolism.

Iron deficiency- If a woman is iron deficient, she may also have the problem of fatigue. In such a situation, it is very important to eat iron rich things.
